The CCT Facilitator will assess case appropriateness for review, schedule case reviews, schedule case reviews, schedule presenters and guest, and provide a written report of the team's advisory recommendations. Will work as support staff to the Grandparents Committee (GPC) for meetings directly related to CCT.
