We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Academy Manager to manage daily operations and lead staff by instilling a passion for STEM subjects and providing a safe, comfortable and exciting learning environment for Steamoji families. You must be highly adaptable, flexible and have a spirit of embracing change. Your strong communication and leadership skills make you a self-starter who can get things done. You will:

Engage with children and families in the academy as owner of the client experience Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing Supervise a team of facilitators Ensure the academy is a fun and safe learning environment for our students Uphold corporate standards with respect to academy cleanliness & operational standards Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics Develop and train staff to deliver our STEAM curriculum when ramped up on the curriculum Follow up on leads, conduct tours of the academy, schedule trial sessions, and help families understand the program Key Qualifications for

Academy Manager:

Technical graduates or anyone looking for management roles Experience working with with children ages 5 and up, enthusiasm for working with kids and understanding their needs Comfortable with technology and learning on the job Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership Flexible schedule Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a periodic fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience handling customers

Outgoing Sales-focused Expected Hours:

35-40 hrs per week Weekdays - 1:00pm to 7pm Saturdays - 9:30am to 5pm
