THIS POSTING IS FOR A FLEXIBLE LEARNING COORDINATOR
The job description is attached to this posting.QUALIFICATIONS
: Valid Washington State administrative credential or appropriate certification for coordinator-level roles. Five (5) years of successful teaching or related educational experience (secondary preferred). Experience in alternative learning, credit retrieval, online programming, or secondary school leadership is preferred. Deep knowledge of MTSS, and ALE regulations, and data-informed practice. Demonstrated leadership in equity-focused and inclusive educational environments. Strong organizational, communication, and systems-thinking skills. Proficiency with school systems (e.g., Qmlativ) and online learning platforms (e.g., Edgenuity). Ability to foster collaboration, lead across teams, resolve conflicts effectively, and promote professional growth among staff. Experience with Professional Learning Communities. Commitment to continuous improvement and to closing opportunity and achievement gaps. In accordance with RCW49.60, the Lake Stevens School District does not discriminate in employment and schools.
