  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Program Manager to serve as the customer‑facing program and supply chain lead, responsible for executing start Request For Quotation (RFQ) to finish First Article Inspection (FAI) programs, negotiating contracts and pricing, managing key suppliers, and driving cross‑functional execution to meet customer and business commitments.
Reports to:
Sr.
Director of Operations Duties and Accountabilities:
Lead large programs from RFQ award through FAI, Serve as primary project manager and customer interface Develop, manage, and negotiate contracts, quotes, and commercial terms Manage strategic suppliers Provide ongoing customer support Support continuous improvement of program execution and supply chain processes based on best practices
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, or program management within an aerospace or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading programs from RFQ through FAI
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms and managing supplier and customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of aerospace program execution, gated reviews, and configuration control
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams without direct authority
  • Contract and quote analysis, negotiation, and risk assessment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with ERP, scheduling, and project tracking tools
Working Conditions:
Office and manufacturing environment Regular interaction with production areas and suppliers Occasional travel to customer and supplier locations May require extended hours during critical program milestones
Pay:
$70,000.00
