Job Description
Direct Care Staff
- Working with youth ages 6-18 in a group home setting. The youth in our care are placed at our facility for 1-90 days at a time. The nature of this position can be mentally exhausting as the children in our care can be verbally and/or physically aggressive. If you meet the following WAC requirements please submit a resume.
- We are currently hiring for the following shifts
FULL TIME
: Graveyard Shift- Wednesday-Saturday
- Wednesday
- Friday 11pm-7am, Saturday 7pm-7am. Graveyard Shift
- Thursday-Sunday
- Thursday
- Friday, 11pm-7am Saturday-Sunday, 7pm-7am
PART TIME
Weekend Day Shift- Saturday-Sunday 7am-7pm (1) Each direct care staff must: (a) Be at least twenty-one years of age, unless they meet the requirements in subsection (2) of this section; (b) Have a high school diploma or high school or equivalency course of study (GED/HSEC); 13 (c) Have one year of experience working directly with children.
