based office, but we intend to hire the "best" candidates. We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our data center team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work side-by-side with senior project managers in all aspects of project management, including: preparing RFPs, soliciting proposals, negotiating and managing contracts, coordinating design and construction teams, maintaining project governance, conducting field quality control of the craft trades at site, and ensuring successful project turnover. Your efforts will ensure this complex program is managed with organization, accountability, and transparency. Your education and experience will be engaged on a daily basis, and you will be mentored in the more complex aspects of project management and building relationships as you progress towards becoming a Project Manager. Bachelor's degree in architecture, Construction, or Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
