Residential Sales Project Manager Aurora Flooring LLC

Aurora Flooring LLC is hiring a Residential Sales Project Manager to manage flooring projects from the first customer interaction through final installation and payment. This is a commission-driven role for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing both sales and project execution. This is not just a sales job—you are responsible for the entire job lifecycle. From greeting customers in the showroom to in-home measurements and final installation, you own the outcome. We've built our reputation in Alaska on quality work, accountability, and strong communication. This role plays a key part in maintaining that standard.   • $80,000+ (higher for top performers) Uncapped earning potential based on performance Income is directly tied to the projects you sell and manage Schedule & Work Expectations Full-time, field-based role Tuesday
  • Saturday or rotating schedule (Saturday required) Combination of in-store showroom coverage and field work Primarily Anchorage, with some travel to surrounding areas What You'll Be Responsible For Showroom Sales & Customer Experience Greet and assist customers in the showroom Guide clients through product selection and start the sales process Build relationships and establish trust from the first interaction Sales & Client Management Conduct in-home consultations and measurements Create accurate estimates and close sales Manage customer relationships throughout the project Measuring & Estimating Take precise field measurements Identify project scope and potential challenges Ensure bids are accurate and profitable Project Coordination & Scheduling Order materials and coordinate deliveries Schedule installers and manage timelines Communicate consistently with customers and crews Project Oversight & Closeout Ensure installations meet quality standards Resolve issues quickly and professionally Manage projects through final walkthrough and completion Invoicing & Payment Follow-Up Ensure jobs are invoiced accurately and on time Track and follow up on payments as needed What a Typical Day Looks Like This role is a mix of showroom sales and project management.
Your day may start by greeting walk-in customers and helping them select products, followed by scheduling or completing in-home measurements, and then coordinating projects, updating estimates, or managing installations. You'll often be balancing customer interaction with behind-the-scenes coordination. Success in this role requires strong organization, urgency, and the ability to shift priorities throughout the day.
