- This role supports our Fairbanks, AK branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Fairbanks, AK area.

- The
- Project Manager
- facilitates the execution of project/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs. This role requires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity with financial impact between $100K and $2.5M. .
- As a Project Manager, you will:
- + Have fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:
_ + Associate degree + Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers + Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project + Verbal and written communication skills in English + Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry + 1+ years of experience managing projects + Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams + Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet + Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship _Preferred Qualifications:
