Job Description

Description Are you ready to spearhead critical defense operations and turn high-stakes emergency challenges into models of rapid operational breakthrough? As the Industrial Project Manager for Phillips Federal's Emergency Maintenance Equipment Support program at Anniston Army Depot, you will stand at the vital center of national readiness, taking complete operational ownership of urgent manufacturing and maintenance support. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be the definitive driver of rapid-response strategy, receiving, prioritizing, and mobilizing high-priority work orders from initial notification through final Government closeout. By eliminating friction and instilling relentless speed, you will transform emergency maintenance into a benchmark of uninterrupted productivity. This position calls for a decisive operational catalyst who excels in high-urgency, complex environments. You will lead daily program operations, serving as the primary liaison for authorized Depot stakeholders while orchestrating a dynamic network of field personnel, Original Equipment Manufacturers, specialty suppliers, and vetted subcontractors. Operating within an unyielding 48-hour response window, you will rapidly align diagnostic plans, labor, specialized tools, and replacement parts with subject matter experts to execute safe, OEM-aligned repairs. From navigating site-access and credentialing requirements to anticipating risks and dependencies, your proactive leadership will ensure every repair is executed with speed, safety, and strict technical precision. As a champion of continuous improvement and uncompromising quality, you will oversee every aspect of performance tracking, technical documentation, and post-repair validation. You will rigorously review diagnostic findings, photographic proof of repair, and return-to-service testing results to secure seamless Government acceptance and deliver transparent performance metrics to leadership. If you are driven to lead under pressure, cultivate an elite ecosystem of technical partners, and ensure America's military industrial infrastructure operates at peak capability, we invite you to take the lead and drive operational excellence with Phillips Federal. Phillips offers a world-beating collaborative culture and competitive pay and benefits. In our 65 year history, Phillips has grown from a handful of employees to over 900 supplying and supporting manufacturing technology in the United States and around the world. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities.
