JOB DESCRIPTION
General duties of the Project Coordinator include: Manage warranty process and coordinate with project managers to get items resolved. Facilitate subcontractor/vendor pre-qualification process. Ensure Lockton Score completion for subcontractors Assist with solicitation of subcontractor references and associated documentation Manage OCIP, CCIP, SDI, etc. for applications and enrollment. Monitor and track status of subcontractor business licenses, contractor's licenses, W9's, and COI's In conjunction with instruction from each project team, update status of project specific permit log. Assist with assembling required back up and submittal of owner pay applications. Consolidate and save subcontractor pay applications. Assist with sending out and procuring executed subcontracts/PO's and safety docs. Assist with procuring required subcontractor lien waivers. Assist with HUD and Davis Bacon documents and submission Assist in preparing project closeout documents. Assist project management and administration staff with other tasks as assigned. Coordinate travel requirements for staff. Input aerial photos in Procore and distribute to project team via email. Assist with and send out change orders in Procore via Docusign as per the direction of project management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service skills Communication within a teamwork environment Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations High school diploma required Ability to quickly learn to use new software Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
