The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. This position is responsible for managing cabinet projects from start to finish, documenting field measurements, addressing any outstanding issues after installation, and preparing each project for final client or builder walkthroughs. This is a hands-on role that requires carpentry skill, attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to work efficiently and professionally on active job sites. Responsibilities Document detailed field measurements and communicate any field issues to the design and production teams Perform install audits, punch assessments, damage reports, and blue tape walkthroughs Adjusting doors, drawers, and hardware; replace damaged or missing components Installing or repairing trim, filler, panels, crown, and shoe molding Communicate with the Production Team regarding parts needed for installs, repairs, or additional trips. Ensure all work order tems are completed with precision and professionalism prior to final sign-off. Maintain a clean and organized work area during field visits. Communicate with builders, construction managers, and customers on a daily basis regarding schedule updates, timelines, issues, or other pertinent details. Represent SCS Cabinets with a high level of courtesy, cleanliness, and craftsmanship at all job sites. Accurately document work completed and submit updates through the company's software system. Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in cabinet installation or construction management. Strong understanding of cabinetry components, construction methods, and common field repairs. Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently on-site. Must be able to read job documents, cabinet layouts, and punch lists. Professional demeanor and strong communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and maneuver cabinetry parts and materials (up to 75 lbs).
