Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Space Auditor with a background in space planning, facilities management, occupancy planning, facility auditing, and workplace utilization to support a secure government environment. This position is responsible for conducting facility audits, validating occupancy and personnel assignments, maintaining accurate space inventory, updating floor plans, and supporting strategic space planning initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience using
ARCHIBUS
(or another CAFM system), AutoCAD, and Revit , and is comfortable working directly with government stakeholders. Periodic domestic and international travel is required. What You'll Do Conduct facility and space audits to verify occupancy, seating assignments, and space utilization. Perform field measurements and document existing building conditions. Validate personnel bed-downs and occupancy assignments. Update floor plans, seating layouts, and facility records using AutoCAD , Revit , and
ARCHIBUS
. Maintain accurate space inventory, occupancy, vacancy, capacity, and utilization data. Analyze building utilization trends and prepare reports for leadership. Identify and resolve discrepancies involving floor plans, occupancy records, and space assignments. Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents. Coordinate with Space Planners, Facility Managers, Building Managers, Office Space Coordinators, and government stakeholders. Support strategic space planning, occupancy planning, workplace planning, and facility planning initiatives. Assist with accountability for 1450 and 1450-1 space records. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership. Manage multiple assignments while meeting customer priorities and project deadlines. Travel to government facilities worldwide to conduct recurring space audits and site assessments. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree. Experience in one or more of the following: >>>>>>> Space Planning >>>>>>> Space Auditing >>>>>>> Occupancy Planning >>>>>>> Facility Planning >>>>>>> Facilities Management >>>>>>> Workplace Planning Experience using ARCHIBUS or another Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platform. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit . Experience conducting facility assessments, space audits, occupancy validations, or workplace utilization studies. Ability to perform accurate field measurements and document facility conditions. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and floor plans. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or other federal agencies. Experience with strategic space planning and workplace utilization analysis. Knowledge of federal space accountability requirements, including 1450 and 1450-1 accountable spaces. Experience managing occupancy, utilization, and space inventory for large or geographically dispersed facility portfolios.
Pay:
