The Project Manager position at Uniforce will manage client interactions, ensure project requirements are met with professionalism and technical insight. They will be responsible for initiating project documentation and managing communications related to technical aspects, budgets, and timelines with a focus on customer needs, guiding equipment design, and project execution throughout the lifecycle. Experience in manufacturing and thermoforming tooling will be important for success.Duties/ Responsibilities:
Create project plans that include tasks, milestones and timelines. Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and shift priorities and timeframes. Identify and find solutions for potential risks, such as budget constraints or supplier delays Manage budget and allocate resources. Monitor progress, setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART) goals. Update clients and executives through meetings or via communication platforms. Evaluate the quality of work products applicable to the industry. Delegate tasks to the project team as necessary.Education and Experience Qualifications:
4 year university degree/college diploma and/or a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar technical project management role.Qualifications:
Required:
Project coordinator/management experience within manufacturing. A technical background with the ability to decipher detailed mechanical drawings. Demonstrate proficiency in PLM and ERP software, Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project considered a plus). High ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing. Excellent customer service, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated self-starter who can work with moderate supervision in a team environment.Preferred:
Experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment. Marine industry experience a plus.Physical Requirements:
.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Work Environment:
Indoor fabrication shop with exposure to welding arcs, heavy materials and heave machinery. Noise levels require hearing protection. Team-based, fast-paced production environment. Salary $60,000 - $70,000 per yearSimilar remote jobs
