Project Manager Pathfinder, Inc. - 2.5 LrAFB, AR Job Details Full-time From $31.19 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Working with individuals with disabilities Driver's License Driving Full Job Description SUMMARY The incumbent is responsible to the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for management of all aspects of a project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintains individual performance/attendance records, verifies accuracy of worker production. Responsible for verification of payroll. Is available to meet at any time with government personnel designated by the contracting officer to discuss any problem areas. Schedules work and vacation for all employees. Maintains sick leave and vacation balances for all employees. Provides or supervises training in all areas of the operation to all assigned personnel. Prepares and maintains training records. Counsels and annotates the sessions for all workers and assists each, when necessary, with problem areas. Assures adequate levels of supplies and assures equipment is available. Establishes and maintains a complete quality control plan and all recorded inspections in accordance with established guidelines. Makes all inspection records available to the government. Develops schedules, training plans, performance plans, and maintenance plans. Maintains security of all facilities and equipment. Assures security of all buildings and keys. Establishes production standards, conducts time and efficiency studies. . Hires, counsels, and motivates personnel. Ensures entries are made in a log for recording unusual events. Supervises evaluations of all employees in accordance with established guidelines. Ensures work areas are kept neat and uncluttered. Enforces standards of production, personal grooming and quality. Ensures privacy is properly maintained on all appropriate personnel. Manages performance by subcontractors. Ensures that an accurate record with proper signature is maintained on all equipment. May be required to work a flexible schedule to ensure production, quality and customer satisfaction are met. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in working with individuals with disabilities. Experience in custodial work, operating a phone system, mail room supply center, or warehouse, or other related assignment. Ability to work well with others. Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these qualifications.
CERTIFICATES. LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess current Arkansas driver's license and have current auto liability insurance coverage and be able to drive to various locations in Arkansas. Must have a driving record which allows insurance coverage by Pathfinder, Inc. for automobile and general liability insurance carrier.
