Maumelle, AR About us Spine & Joint Clinics is an established orthopedic organization serving patients across Arkansas. We currently operate five clinic locations in Jonesboro, Texarkana, Fort Smith, Maumelle, and Bentonville, with continued plans for growth and expansion.
Objective :
To help drive business growth, manage expansion projects, and identify new opportunities for future clinic locations while working closely with company. The primary focus of this position will be supporting our expansion efforts into new markets, including Phoenix, Arizona; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Memphis, Tennessee.. The successful candidate will assist with site selection, project coordination, business development initiatives, and hiring.
Application & Selection Process:
Interested candidates should submit an application. Selected applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview/appointment. At the completion of training, candidate may be selected for immediate full-time employment after two weeks of training. Job Offer:
Pay:
$20 - $40 per hour Start time: Candidates will complete approximately two weeks of training followed by an official start date.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willing and able to travel as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional appearance and demeanor when meeting with attorneys, business partners, and property owners. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and internet research. Ability to prepare reports and maintain project documentation. Experience in project management, business development and healthcare administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company projects and business matters. Travel Expenses All approved travel expenses will be reimbursed, including hotel stays, gas, mileage, and other business-related travel costs.
