Job Description

About the
Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Shop Drawings & Project Coordinator to join our growing millwork and cabinetry operation. You don't need to be a master cabinetry engineer — we'll train the right person. What matters most is that you're tech-savvy, eager to learn, and take pride in producing accurate, professional shop drawings. Over time, you'll take on greater ownership of the drawings process, eventually producing submittals independently for GC and architect review.
What You'll Do:
  • Produce shop drawings for millwork, commercial cabinetry, and related scopes under leadership guidance
  • Learn our drafting standards and internal workflows; grow toward independent drawing production
  • Coordinate with project management and shop team on procurement, sequencing, and scheduling
  • Manage shop flow documentation and support day-to-day operational tracking
  • Prepare submittals for GC and architect review as skills develop
What We're Looking For:
  • Tech-savvy with aptitude for CAD, drafting software, or similar tools
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn industry-specific processes
  • Background in construction, woodworking, or manufacturing a plus
  • Strong communication with team and trade partners
What We Offer:
  • Hands-on training from experienced leadership
  • Clear path to increased responsibility
  • Stable, full-time position with a growing company
  • Exposure to commercial millwork, stone, and residential cabinetry
