Project Management Duties Manage restoration and mitigation projects from initial loss through completion Control project timelines, schedules, and production flow Oversee subcontractors, technicians, and vendors as needed Monitor job progress to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and referral partners. Set clear expectations regarding scope, timelines, and processes Resolve issues and manage change orders as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Restoration or Mitigation Project Manager Experience managing insurance claims and adjuster communication Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong organizational and documentation skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Physical & Work Requirements Ability to perform job site visits and inspections Ability to work in residential and commercial job site environments Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed Willingness to respond to emergency losses as required Benefits Paid time off and holidays Performance-based bonus opportunities
