We are seeking an experienced, dependable Roofing Project Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage roofing projects, conduct inspections, and ensure jobs run efficiently from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage daily roofing builds, crews, schedules, and field operations. Conduct initial roof inspections and assess damage, leaks, and roofing conditions. Oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from start to completion. Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and jobsite preparation. Attend homeowner appointments, insurance adjuster meetings, and field inspections. Ensure quality workmanship, proper installation, and jobsite safety. Identify and resolve field issues, including unforeseen repairs and project changes. Perform final inspections and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate daily with office staff, customers, and company ownership. Maintain accurate project photos, inspection notes, and job updates. Qualifications Previous roofing experience required; project management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of all roofing types, systems, and installation methods. Ability to identify roof damage, installation defects, and necessary repairs. Experience managing roofing crews and multiple projects. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field. Comfortable using smartphones, CRM software, and digital documentation. Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
