As a ISC Project Management Specialist, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain organization supporting Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$54.79/hr What's the Job? Coordinate and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved. Drive build plans and material readiness activities to support critical customer requirements. Develop recovery plans to address material shortages, production constraints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges. Analyze risks, identify issues early, and lead mitigation efforts to minimize business impact. Prepare and communicate project status updates, metrics, and executive-level reports while facilitating cross-functional collaboration. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred. 4-6+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related discipline. Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools. What's in it for Me?
