The right fit will liaison between customers and cross-functional internal departments to ensure the timely production and successful delivery of nutritional supplements. Internal and External Customer Service with a laser focus Honesty and Integrity Personal Accountability Work smart, work hard Making the lives we touch better today than yesterday Creating wealth through profits and growth Essential Functions and Responsibilities to ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not be limited to: Lead and coordinate new product commercialization projects from intake through launch and post-launch review. Develop, manage, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and shifting priorities across multiple initiatives. Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively drive mitigation, resolution, and appropriate escalation. Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact across cross‑functional teams including R D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Coordinate and/or facilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, and decision-making forums and leadership reviews, including preparing and delivering presentations. Develop and manage product launch plans and advise on development of product literature and related materials. Receive and manage Requests for Quote (RFQs); partner cross‑functionally to complete feasibility reviews, formula evaluations, and pricing submissions. Maintain accurate and timely RFQ, project, and customer data within the CRM system. Ensure customer new products progress efficiently from R D concept through production order. Communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to respond to inquiries, share information, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain, track, and communicate customer product documentation, including formula and packaging changes impacting pricing or manufacturability. Coordinate with internal Scheduling to track First‑Time Runs (FTRs) for new product launches under assigned project ownership. Drive continuous improvement of commercialization processes, tools, and best practices. Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships while upholding professionalism, ethics, compliance, and safety standards. Maintain work area clean and organized. Reports to work regularly and on time. Perform duties safely and reports unsafe conditions or actions. Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Mathematical Skills
  • Accuracy with arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals. Language Skills
  • Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing. Computer Skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other business-related software.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in active listening, reading comprehension, monitoring, time management, following through, and relationship building. Demonstrate attention to detail, orientation to quality, deductive reasoning, problem sensitivity, social perception, customer service and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Preferred BA/BS degree or equivalent in job related experience.
Compensation:
Pay 65k to 85k year DOE Local candidates will be prioritized, no relocation assistance available.
