About the
Role:
Stellar Industrial Supply is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Site Support Specialist to support our integrated supply customers in the Phoenix, AZ area. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional on-site service, managing inventory systems, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support. You'll be the go-to resource at the customer's facility, Monogram Aerospace Fasteners—handling everything from replenishing vending machines and processing orders to troubleshooting issues and ensuring inventory accuracy, plus helping out at other customer facilities, as well as at the Branch. Location(s): Tempe, AZ 85281 and Mesa, AZ 85215
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (some flexibility on start/end time)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding on-site customer service and act as the first point of contact for product, delivery, and order inquiries. Process orders and quotes accurately using our ERP system (Prophet 21). Maintain and stock inventory in vending machines and designated storage areas. Monitor inventory levels to ensure min/max requirements and safety stock are met. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Specialists, Customer Experience) to meet customer expectations and resolve any service issues. Utilize and troubleshoot automated systems such as vending machines and wireless warehouse tools (e.g., Arcturus). Expedite open quotes and orders with urgency and precision. Maintain accurate records and follow all customer site-specific guidelines and safety protocols. Accurately and efficiently analyze product usage reports to manage inventory levels according to service level expectations and place orders accordingly. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven organizational and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities with attention to detail. Demonstrate our core values of integrity, respect, commitment, and teamwork. Self-motivation and ability to work independently are essential. Flexible and adaptable and able to change focus daily. Problem solver Ability to connect positively with customers and others. Sound technical ability and willingness to work with vending machines. Experience with ERP systems such as CribMaster, AutoCrib is a plus but not required. Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lb - 50lbs and on occasion up to 75lbs. Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience 2-3 years of relevant customer service or warehouse related experience is preferred.
Physical Demands:
Light to moderate physical effort that includes frequent standing or walking or maintaining arms and hands in the same position for repetitive tasks. Frequently works with light objects and light hand tools.

Marginal to moderate hazards that are typically predictable or well protected against
