Job Description
Job Description Assists with the successful delivery of multiple University design and construction projects by proactively supporting multiple project manager, engineers, and assistant directors as assigned. Duties include but are not limited to - Assisting Design and Construction Project Manager's with the procurement of profesional design consultant and contractor services for capital projects in accordance with organization guidelines Assist in construction contracts and documentation for projects that range over $100M Initiate procurement transactions, purchase orders, disbursement vouchers, etc. Review project costs for accuracy and compliance as well as encode and obtain necessary approval for processing Oversee the invoicing process to assure compliance with PO's Maintain complete electronic project records, recordkeeping system for project administration which will be used for audits upon completion of the project Assist in the review, administration, and distribution of project reports/plans, technical and contract documents, form and meeting minutes Coordinate and schedule interdepartmental project meetings as well as arrange travel reservations and itineraries We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
