Job Description

Mandy Li Collection is a hospitality furniture manufacturer specializing in custom casegoods and seating for hotels, resorts, and timeshare projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution from bidding through production and delivery. This role works closely with our U.S. team and overseas factories in China and Vietnam. Key Responsibilities Create and manage project schedules and milestones Assist with RFQs, bid estimates, and client proposals Coordinate with factories, vendors, and internal teams Track project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Maintain organized project files and documentation Communicate updates between sales, PMs, and production teams Support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Requirements Experience in furniture, hospitality, interior design, or construction preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook Mandarin Chinese is a plus (not required) Experience coordinating with overseas vendors or factories is a strong plus CAD knowledge is a plus What We're Looking For Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proactive and responsive with a "can-do" attitude Able to work under pressure while staying organized Interested in growing into a Project Manager role
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
