JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager II is responsible for the end-to-end management of projects with a Total Contract Value (TCV) ranging from $500K to $1Mn. This role involves managing projects based on deliverables or outcome-based models, ensuring the agreed scope, timelines, and costs are met. The Project Manager II is accountable for project success, meeting acceptance criteria, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder relationships, regular communication, and proactive risk/issue management. Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end management of a single or portfolio of projects with TCV $500K - $1Mn.
- Deliver projects based on agreed scope, within timelines and budget, ensuring success criteria are met and customer satisfaction is enhanced.
- Identify key stakeholders and establish/maintain positive business relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, partners, and suppliers, addressing needs with empathy.
- Define project activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skills needs, interfaces, and budget, optimizing costs and time utilization.
- Anticipate and manage risks by applying suitable risk management strategies and developing contingency plans.
- Define and implement appropriate governance models.
- Plan and implement metrics-driven management to quantitatively assess project health.
- Orchestrate projects to develop or implement new processes to meet business needs.
