Hybrid Pay Rate:
($75•$81) hourly
Work Schedule:
2 Day Onsite•3
Day WFH Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience in large enterprise environments Proven experience in enterprise MFA or IAM-related initiatives Strong knowledge of identity management technologies such as Okta, Ping Identity, Active Directory, and related platforms Expertise in Agile, Scrum, PMO governance, and hybrid delivery models Strong financial management, forecasting, and resource planning experience Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Strong documentation and reporting capabilities using tools such as Smartsheet and Jira PMP certification preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP and MyPPM Previous Entertainment experience strongly preferred Experience managing globally distributed or multi-time-zone teams
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise-scale MFA and identity management programs across multiple delivery teams Drive program governance, financial oversight, resource planning, and milestone management Manage RAID logs, executive reporting, status communication, and escalation management Partner with PMO teams operating in Waterfall environments and engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies Facilitate executive-level discussions and communicate complex delivery risks clearly and effectively Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across security, engineering, operations, and teams Maintain detailed project documentation, dashboards, presentations, and governance artifacts
