Job Description

Project Coordinator / Operations Coordinator We are a well-established IT solutions provider based in Anaheim seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This position will support the management and coordination of multiple technology infrastructure projects for large enterprise and healthcare customers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in keeping projects organized, schedules on track, and communication flowing between customers, vendors, contractors, and internal staff. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating multiple moving parts, and helping projects succeed. Primary ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination Coordinate multiple concurrent infrastructure and equipment deployment projects. Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls with customers, facilities managers, building managers, manufacturers, installers, contractors, and internal personnel. Track project schedules, milestones, action items, equipment deliveries, permits, and site access requirements. Follow up with vendors, customers, and project stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and project records. Help identify scheduling conflicts and assist with issue resolution. Order Management & Customer Support Enter and process customer orders accurately. Track purchase orders, vendor shipments, and equipment deliveries. Coordinate product returns and RMA processing. Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and internal staff. Maintain accurate records within company systems. Administrative Support Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Assist with purchasing and vendor communications. Provide general administrative and office support as needed. Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic records. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations coordination, order management, or a similar role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, customers, and internal teams. Experience with order processing, purchase orders, shipping, logistics, or RMA management is preferred. Experience in technology, construction, facilities management, healthcare, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
