Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Anaheim, CA, supporting structural and miscellaneous steel construction projects for industrial facilities and infrastructure. This role is ideal for an experienced construction project management professional who understands steel fabrication, erection, field coordination, schedules, budgets, and the importance of clear communication across every phase of a project. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from contract award through completion, working closely with estimators, detailers, fabrication teams, erectors, contractors, engineers, and company leadership. - Manage multiple structural and miscellaneous steel projects from award through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, contractors, detailers, plant teams, and field crews to support fabrication, material, and installation schedules.
- Review plans, specifications, proposals, contracts, shop drawings, and construction drawings to determine proper execution strategies.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence to help protect profitability and contractual interests.
- Attend job site meetings, perform field measurements as needed, and communicate project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Resolve project challenges through clear communication, proactive planning, and effective coordination between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Compensation and Benefits
