Bilingual Construction Project Assistant Part-Time or Full-Time Interested in learning the construction industry and building a long-term career? We're looking for an organized, motivated assistant to support construction projects and daily operations. You'll gain hands-on experience with project coordination, permits, inspections, scheduling, and client communication. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with our team. Previous construction experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Requirements Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin Chinese Able to write clear professional emails and project updates in English Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail Comfortable communicating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and city departments Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including spreadsheets Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow up consistently Available Monday through Friday during agreed working hours Main Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, appointments, and inspections Follow up on permits, applications, and city requirements Organize plans, contracts, invoices, and project documents Track material orders, deliveries, and outstanding tasks Provide timely updates to the project manager and clients Preferred Qualifications Administrative, customer service, or project coordination experience Familiarity with construction terminology, permits, or inspections Ability to read and write
