- $110000.00 Hybrid Job Description Lead the customer experience by managing prefabricated construction projects from initial feasibility assessment and design through production and delivery.
- Oversee projects throughout the preconstruction phase, including design coordination, material procurement, and manufacturing execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, scope, quality standards, and schedule requirements.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (SMEPF) construction documents, understanding how each discipline integrates into the overall building design.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve design, engineering, and constructability conflicts during preconstruction to support seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage project objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while serving as the primary point of coordination among clients, architects, developers, general contractors, engineers, MEP designers, and regulatory agencies.
- Facilitate value engineering initiatives and evaluate alternative design and construction solutions to optimize project cost, quality, and performance.
- Coordinate project teams to ensure timely completion of submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), drawing revisions, and other project documentation.
