Coordinates and maintains applicable program/project schedules and agendas, including tracking deadlines and deliverables. Drafts meeting minutes and other correspondence/communication with management and collaborators. Collaborates with other departments, staff, leaders, and partners to provide coordination of logistics and information as directed by leadership. Prioritizes and coordinates the development of events, outreach activities, meetings, and materials to promote and coordinate the program/project. May represent the program and/or organization. Fosters a collaborative and positive relationship-building dynamic with internal staff and external parties. Provides education, training, onboarding, and mentorship pertaining to the program/project. Collaborates with departments, vendors, and community parties as needed to support the development and management of program/project budgets; maintains and tracks all supporting budget/financial files and documents. Creates reports for management to evaluate program/project performance and day-to-day operations. Documents and tracks program/project compliance. Offers feedback to management and makes recommendations regarding program/project operations and procedures.
