Retail Project Coordinator GoldUnion US - Beverly Hills GoldUnion, a global leader in buying and selling precious metals, is rapidly expanding across California, with a goal of opening 25 locations by 2027 .We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Project Coordinator to support and oversee our retail expansion efforts across the state. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on-site, solving practical problems, and being directly involved in getting retail spaces ready for business. Position Overview As part of GoldUnion's retail expansion team, the Retail Project Coordinator plays a key role in managing and supporting the build-out and launch of new branch locations. This position is focused on project coordination, vendor management, timeline tracking, and ensuring operational readiness from planning through grand opening. This is a field-based role with a home base in Beverly Hills, CA , requiring frequent travel between branch locations throughout California. A company vehicle will be provided. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee multiple retail expansion projects from pre-construction through store opening Work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring timely completion of all phases Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality control Serve as a point of contact between operations, construction teams, and external partners Assist in resolving on-site challenges and ensuring projects move forward efficiently Support final setup and readiness of new locations prior to opening Ensure each branch meets operational, safety, and brand standards before launch Travel between locations as needed to support multiple active projects Candidate Profile Previous experience in project coordination, facilities coordination, construction, or retail build-outs preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with contractors, vendors, or cross-functional teams Able to follow instructions, coordinate with others, and communicate clearly with internal teams Flexible schedule and willing to travel extensively across California Experience in retail expansion or construction project environments is a plus Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$55,000 per year Company car provided Gas and hotels fully covered during travel Working Hours Full-time, Monday through Friday 10am-6pm Occasional weekends based on business needs and branch opening schedules Location Office currently based in Beverly Hills, CA Frequent travel to branch sites throughout California required Recruitment Process Initial phone or video interview In-person interview with the operations leadership team

$26.44 per hour
