Pay:
$70,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience Full-time, stable role in commercial and restaurant construction Consistent schedule with structured workflows and defined processes Direct support from experienced Project Managers and leadership Long-term career growth opportunities within an established company Why You'll Love It Here Projects are run using clear systems that reduce confusion and delays Work with a team that values organization, accuracy, and communication Leadership is experienced, involved, and focused on successful outcomes Your role directly supports project timelines, documentation, and execution Steady pipeline of commercial and tenant improvement projects Your New Role Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and closeout documentation in Bonsall, CA Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects progressing Maintain accurate and organized project records using project management software Assist with permitting, inspections, and compliance documentation Prepare reports, meeting notes, and project updates 5 to 7 years of project coordination experience in commercial construction Experience in restaurant construction, tenant improvements, or general contracting preferred Strong understanding of construction processes and project documentation Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Interview Process Initial phone screen Interview with leadership Final interview BKB Enterprises, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
