What's in it for You? $70,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience Stable, full-time position in commercial and restaurant construction Direct support from experienced Project Managers and leadership Clear expectations and defined processes Long term growth potential within a stable construction company Why You'll Love It Here Work with a team that understands commercial construction from preconstruction through closeout Be part of projects that include restaurant build outs, tenant improvements, and commercial spaces Join a company that values organization, accuracy, and strong communication Contribute in a meaningful way to scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation Company leadership with deep industry experience and a hands-on approach to project success Your New Role As a Project Coordinator in Bonsall, California, you will support commercial and restaurant construction projects from start to finish by: Coordinating contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation Assisting Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement Communicating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule Maintaining accurate records in project management software Supporting permitting, inspections, and compliance documentation Preparing reports, meeting notes, and project updates for stakeholders Job requirements 5 to 7 years of project coordination experience required in commercial construction Preference for candidates currently working in commercial construction, restaurant construction, or a general contracting environment Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation Demonstrated experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout documents Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to submit a project portfolio showcasing relevant commercial or restaurant construction work Interview Process Initial interview with hiring leadership Team interview with key stakeholders Final in person interview This is a selective hiring process focused on long term alignment, professional standards, and building a strong team.
