In this role, you will support both internal and external customers, coordinating project details and facilitating communication between Sales, Engineering, Field Technicians, and our clients. You will own the final 20% of the installation process - managing details, resolving issues, and ensuring flawless delivery and installation of custom cabinetry. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong attention to detail who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Key Objectives Serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the service & installation lifecycle, ensuring timely updates, clear expectations, and a positive overall experience. Communicate professionally and courteously via phone and email, asking thoughtful, probing questions to fully understand site conditions, installation challenges, measurement issues or other customer needs so that you can provide effective support. Review project specifications, site photos, and measurements to validate accuracy and provide guidance to customers on product care, warranty coverage, and service processes. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Field Service, Production, Design, and Sales—to escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical or service‑related issues. Maintain accurate and detailed records, documentation, service notes, and correspondence to ensure clear communication and continuity across teams. Conduct research and perform root‑cause analysis to identify underlying issues, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement of products and processes. Develop a strong understanding of Precision Cabinets' product lines, construction methods, finishes, and installation requirements to provide accurate technical support. Support the scheduling, coordination, and communication of Field Service Technicians and Installers, ensuring timely appointments, clear expectations, and smooth customer experience. Support the development or refinement of service workflows, documentation standards, and communication templates. Qualifications 2+ years of construction, cabinetry, millwork, homebuilding or related trades experience 2+ years of customer service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and details Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail Positive, professional attitude Experience with design software preferred (i.e. Cabnetware, 20/20, or AutoCAD) Benefits & Compensation The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $24.00 - $40.00 per hour. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, profit sharing and the Company's 401(k) plan. No phone calls or third-party solicitations.
