Job Description
Our entertainment client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their licensing team on a 3-month contract, with the potential to extend. This assignment is 40 hours a week, onsite 3 days a week at the client's Burbank, CA office.
You will support the Licensing team in managing category initiatives, forecasting, product launches, licensee relationships, and business development efforts. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive licensing operations, track performance, support product launches, and identify new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator
- Support category management, revenue planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities
- Coordinate contracts, NDAs, and licensing documentation with internal and external partners
- Track product launches, sales performance, and category trends
- Maintain licensee data, launch calendars, and internal reporting tools
- Create presentations, reports, and category updates for stakeholders
- Manage product samples and support marketing, publicity, and product development initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and partner identification efforts.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field-A minimum of 1 year of internship experience in licensing, consumer products, entertainment, retail, or a related industry
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with basic forecasting and budgeting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and highly collaborative.
