Senior Project Manager | Glendale and Northridge, CA. | $150,000 to $175,000 + Benefits Renewyx has partnered with a general contractor delivering HCAI regulated healthcare facility construction to identify a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent projects across Glendale and Northridge, CA. Looking for strong Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, or Program Managers with applicable experience. This is a strong fit for a construction leader who has run several HCAI healthcare projects at once and is ready for high level ownership on a growing portfolio.

The role:

You'll take senior level ownership of HCAI regulated healthcare construction projects on-site across Glendale and Northridge, CA, managing multiple concurrent projects while coordinating with ownership, trades, and schedule at a portfolio level. What you'll bring: 10+ years of experience in the construction industry Experienced with high level management of HCAI projects, having completed numerous projects Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Strong verbal and written communication skills Nice to have: A four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field P6 or similar scheduling software experience Prior healthcare or institutional facility experience A background mentoring or overseeing junior project management staff What's on offer: $150,000 to $175,000, depending on experience 4% 401k match A typical annual bonus of up to 5% Full benefits, including 100% employee health coverage up to Kaiser Platinum 11 holidays, three weeks PTO, one week sick time A $40/month phone allowance and all necessary work equipment If this sounds like your next move, or you know someone it would suit, get in touch.
