Job Summary:

We are representing a company seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate operational execution across aerospace programs and help keep customer commitments on track. This position plays a key part in aligning manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to improve delivery performance, remove roadblocks, and support timely customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary operations focal point for assigned programs and coordinate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service teams. Lead daily and weekly execution reviews to identify schedule risks, material shortages, capacity constraints, and quality concerns that could affect deliveries. Drive cross-functional resolution of production roadblocks, expedite critical components and materials, and support recovery plans for delinquent orders and supply chain issues. Monitor hardware status through receipt and shipment, communicate delivery commitments and changes, and support Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts.

Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, or related functions within a manufacturing environment. Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve delivery, cost, quality, and schedule objectives, with strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Power BI, Project, and ERP/MRP systems; strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are also required. Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance, production schedules, material shortages, and customer delivery commitments, and to influence stakeholders and lead change in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
