-Onsite 4-5 days/week Job Description The Associate Project Manager plays a key role in supporting project delivery by coordinating schedules, tracking budgets, and maintaining accurate project records. This position works closely with project leadership to ensure execution stays aligned with plans, timelines, and quality expectations. Responsibilities include assisting with contractor and consultant coordination, tracking financial performance, organizing project documentation, and supporting meetings and reporting. The role also contributes to identifying potential risks, maintaining compliance with contractual requirements, and helping resolve day-to-day project challenges. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured yet fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities may include:
Coordinating schedules, documentation, and project communications Assisting with budget tracking and cost reporting Supporting contract administration and vendor coordination Helping maintain project organization and delivery standards Must-Haves 2-3 years of experience in project management or project coordination Background supporting technology or innovation-focused environments Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, and documentation Proficiency with project management tools and reporting Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Plusses PMP or other project management certifications
