Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape, Inc. is looking for a dedicated team member in our Coordination Department. We have a position open immediately and are looking for the right fit for our Sacramento team. We need a motivated self-starter who is detail focused, well organized, and who works well in a fast-paced environment. Honesty, integrity, and positive mental attitude are essential. Industry (Construction, Paver or Landscaping) and project management experience is a plus but not required for the right person who loves to learn. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calculate Preliminary Gross Profit
• Coordinate job scheduling with Clients, Design Consultants, and Work Crews.
• Purchase project materials and coordinate deliveries to job sites
• Schedule, coordinate, and provide oversight of Work Crews.
• Oversight of Health & Safety Standards for Work Crews
• Process trouble tickets / repairs
• Keep detailed job notes and calendar schedules
• Provide continual client satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• Industry and product knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to prioritize requests effectively
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Must be willing to learn CRM software to track project progress, develop work crew schedules, and keep projects organized.
• Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
• Professional, clear communications, positive language, active listening.
• Positive mental attitude
• Ability to maintain successful relationships with clients and team members
• Basic math required
• Spanish speaking is a plus

COMPENSATION

The compensation package is competitive with performance bonuses available. In addition, Black Diamond provides excellent, company-supported health, dental, and vision benefits for employees.
