Main purpose of the Director of Project Management position: Lead special projects under the Creative Operations team, defining and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives ensuring successful execution and completion.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Strategically develop and manage project plans, budget, scope and resources. Lead and manage project teams, both internal and external partners. Identify and manage risks associated with the project; provide timely updates to stakeholders. Create and manage project budgets. Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they re in compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in business administration, project management. 5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in relevant software applications and project management tools. Able to motivate and manage project teams. Each day is a little different, it s what keeps us on our toes and excited to come to work every day. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $125,000 to $150,000
