In this role, you will oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing resources effectively, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will empower teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget, leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies and tools. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing company softwares. Lead project teams by providing direction, supervision, and motivation to meet project milestones and deliverables. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria accurately. Manage project budgets through cost control techniques and earned value management to maximize efficiency and value. Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis to identify potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Oversee program development and design activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6, Buildertrend, for scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting status updates. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on contract negotiations, vendor management, and process improvements. Facilitate meetings effectively to ensure clear communication among stakeholders while managing scope changes through negotiation skills. Implement quality management practices to uphold standards across all phases of project execution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement via Lean methodologies. Experience Proven experience in managing residential projects within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in cross-functional teams across multiple projects or programs. Expertise in requirements analysis, requirements gathering, process management, risk management, and scope management. Familiarity with blueprints. Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, present information clearly. Organizational skills that enable effective time management and prioritization in a demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail.
