Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Serve as the primary contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs.

Internal Coordination:

Liaise with internal teams (e.g., QC, QA, purchasing, warehouse, and production) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Project Planning & Execution:

Assist in defining project scope, creating timelines, and coordinating resources to keep projects on track.

Communication:

Facilitate regular meetings, prepare status reports, and disseminate project updates and client feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify and address challenges, coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

Documentation & Administration:

Maintain project documentation, manage project workflows, and handle administrative tasks to support project momentum.

Reporting:

Track and report on client account activity, project performance, and feedback for management review.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to the development and refinement of client onboarding and support processes to enhance efficiency.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

Client management: 2 years (Preferred)
