Job Description
We are a well-established and growing construction organization seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee complex building projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, values safety above all else, and takes pride in delivering projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and progress billings Review architectural, engineering, and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) drawings for accuracy and constructability Track project costs, schedules, and performance to ensure profitability and compliance Partner closely with Superintendents to monitor daily field progress and resolve issues proactively Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and applicable local, state, and federal requirements Conduct pre-construction meetings, jobsite visits, client meetings, and post-project reviews Drive a safety-first culture while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism What We're Looking For 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably with structural steel or pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) construction OR 2+ years of Construction Management experience combined with 5+ years of field experience in PEMB projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration Proven ability to manage multiple projects, resolve conflicts, and lead diverse teams Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); Smartsheet experience is a plus Willingness to obtain OSHA 30 certification Ability to travel extensively and work on active construction sites with required PPE Why This Opportunity Work on high-visibility projects with significant responsibility and autonomy Join a company that values safety, accountability, leadership, and teamwork Make a real impact on project outcomes, client satisfaction, and company performance Competitive compensation and benefits package based on experience How to Apply?
