30pm reporting to the Production Director and is onsite in Commerce, CA . The pay range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 dependent on experience. We are seeking a highly personable, organized, and proactive Project Coordinator who will be based onsite with the client and act as a day-to-day connection between the client and the internal MBD team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, builds rapport quickly, communicates professionally, and can keep packaging design and artwork projects moving efficiently from brief through completion. What you'll do: Act as MBD's on-site representative within the client's office, building positive and trusted relationships. Work alongside the Account Manager and Project Manager, who will remain actively involved in the account, to support smooth project delivery and client communication. Serve as a key contact for client questions, project updates, follow-ups, and information requests. Obtain answers from the client in person where needed, reducing delays through the project workflow. Translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks or delays and communicating next steps. Maintain professionalism and sound judgment in client-facing conversations, understanding what to say, what not to say, and when to pause or escalate to the Account Manager or Project Manager. Manage workflow and project information including approvals, feedback and key documentation. What you'll bring: 2+ years of experience in Project/Traffic Coordination, Client Services or a similar client-facing role. A great personality with a positive, professional, approachable, and highly service-oriented attitude. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and represent MBD positively. Sound judgment with the ability to understand when to respond directly and when to escalate to the team. Proactive, responsive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach. Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Mac OS. Experience within packaging design, branding or CPG environments would be helpful. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
