Job Description

Our client, a well-established Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing construction projects from award through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements and company standards.

$73k to $100k year What's the Job? Manage assigned construction projects from project award through final closeout. Develop project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow projection. Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract execution, and performance. Manage RFIs, submittals, change requests, and contract modifications. Conduct project meetings, job walks, and stakeholder coordination meetings. Serve as the primary point of contact with owners, inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors. Partner with Superintendents to ensure jobsite productivity, safety compliance, and quality control. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5-8 years of progressive construction, utilities, or civil project management experience required. Experience managing underground utilities, wet utilities, or civil infrastructure projects strongly preferred. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and schedule management skills. Proficiency with project management software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Excel. What's in it for me?
