full-time Project Manager - Mission Critical Competitive Salary + Equity I am working with a rapidly growing developer and operator of large-scale AI data center infrastructure that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for driven construction professionals to play a key role in delivering some of the largest and most ambitious data center developments in the world, supporting the rapid expansion of AI infrastructure across multiple global markets. The company is focused on delivering gigawatts of compute infrastructure at unprecedented speed and scale, with multiple large-scale data center projects being developed simultaneously across different geographies. Their approach challenges traditional construction delivery models, with a strong focus on speed, repeatability, modularisation, and removing unnecessary process and administrative complexity. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale data centre projects from mobilisation to handover. Own budgets, schedules, risk, and project delivery. Manage integrated programmes using P6/MS Project. Lead procurement, contracts, change control, and cost management. Manage critical-path and long-lead equipment risks. Lead multi-disciplinary teams across multiple regions. Report project, commercial, and delivery performance to senior leadership. Background Required Proven experience delivering hyperscale data centres or complex infrastructure projects. Strong track record managing fast-track, multi-region construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction, procurement, scheduling, and cost control. Proficient in P6/MS Project and project management tools. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience building and leading high-performing project teams. Willingness to travel extensively (80-100%). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent qualification desirable.
