This is a full-time, temporary, hybrid position in Dublin, CA. Project Coordinator jobs require candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and must have accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume corporate environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below - ! Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to: Project Coordination & Execution Oversees project timelines, budgets, and store fixture installations, ensuring all work follows the Store Planning process—including funding, drawings, specifications, approvals, and quality standards. Site & Delivery Coordination Reviews site conditions for delivery logistics, off‑loading requirements, and any city/municipal regulations, coordinating as needed with Property Development. Vendor & Bid Management Leads the full bid process: selecting vendors, qualifying bids, analyzing pricing, and awarding contracts. Budget Tracking & Reporting Monitors project costs to remain within budget and prepares monthly capital forecast reports for the finance team. Installation Scheduling & Communication Schedules installation phases with stores, conducts kickoff meetings with installers and partners, and issues plans for upcoming installations. Daily Monitoring & Issue Resolution Reviews DPRs (daily progress reports), holds daily cadence calls with stores and installers, and resolves installation or graphic placement issues. Punch List & Closeout Creates and manages project punch lists, ensuring timely completion. Generates project recap documentation with photos for closeout reviews. Change Order Management Prepares change orders for fixture or graphic reorders due to installation issues or shipment shortages. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a

College Degree preferred 1-2 years of project coordination/management (construction, retail, or related industries preferred) Experience with vendor management Experienced with Smartsheet Must demonstrate independent decision-making abilities Must possess strong time management and communication skills Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word software What's in this for you?
