We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage our mitigation and reconstruction projects from the office. You'll be the central hub between our field technicians, customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors — keeping every job on track and every client informed. What you'll do Manage and coordinate multiple active mitigation and restoration projects simultaneously Schedule and dispatch field technicians and subcontractors; ensure timely job completion Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the restoration process Communicate and coordinate with insurance adjusters, document claims, and track approvals Oversee moisture logs, photos, and job file documentation Follow up with technicians on job updates, equipment placement, and daily progress Coordinate invoicing, work authorizations, and billing with the office team Maintain our online reputation through consistent customer follow-up and satisfaction checks Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or office management Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred qualifications Experience in water damage restoration, construction, or emergency services Familiarity with insurance claims processes and working with adjusters Knowledge of Xactimate or restoration management software IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & benefits Pay rate $22
