Job Description

As a Project Manager, Facilities at Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., you will lead end-to-end delivery of facilities and capital projects across commercial real estate portfolios. You'll scope, budget, and schedule projects, managing vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget completion. You'll align work with client goals, JLL standards, and compliance requirements while integrating sustainability and innovation into solutions. Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of facilities and capital improvement projects across commercial real estate portfolios Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and change control to meet client and JLL performance targets Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements Track and report project status, risks, and financial performance to stakeholders Integrate sustainability and energy efficiency goals into project design and delivery Support space planning, moves, and renovations to optimize workplace performance Foster a collaborative, client-focused culture aligned with JLL values Required Skills Facilities project management Budgeting and cost control Vendor and contractor management Construction and fit-out oversight Lease and facility planning Risk management Scheduling and timeline management Stakeholder communication Sustainability and ESG practices MS Project or similar PM tools
