Onsite Job Description Job Description:
Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Project Manager position within the Quality Department. The Project Manager will primarily oversee the quality requirements for onboarding a new Operating Company into the Wellbeing Collective but will assist in other key Quality projects as assigned. The position will utilize best practices in project management to effectively manage project milestones, assigned responsibilities, deliverables and due dates. This position is highly collaborative, cross-functional, fast paced, and has high organizational visibility. As the department Project Management lead, this individual must demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills with internal and external partners. Most importantly, the candidate must have a passion for making a big impact at a high-growth company that is revolutionizing the dietary supplement and wellness industries. Responsibilities; Define project scope, create short and long -term goals in collaboration with stakeholders that support business objectives. Set milestone targets and ensure adherence to deadlines. Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional partners in Regulatory, R D, the Operating Company and Contract Manufacturers. Develop project plans, coordinate activities, and drive problem resolution for quality evaluation and improvement initiatives. Set realistic goals for each key objective and manage performance against those goals. Develop a communication strategy to stakeholders and provide regular updates. Update management on projects as needed based on strategic input. Manage project timelines, resources, communications, and budget to ensure on-time delivery. Plan and coordinate all cross-functional activities related to projects. Support other activities as needed to advance initiatives in-line with delivering organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years minimum of experience effectively managing technical projects including digital system implementation Strong collaboration, problem solving and decision-making skills Fundamental understanding of project management methodologies Excellent organizational & time management skills Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including giving presentations. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines Experience in consumer product goods industry is preferred
